Essential Pre-Screening Information:
What to bring:
- For registration, kindly bring your NRIC or passport.
- Previous medical records, if any, particularly MRI, CT Scan or X-rays from your most recent check-up for comparison.
- Bring along your medications (if applicable)
- Your spectacles (glasses) for the vision test.
- Guarantee letter (GL) for those covered by insurance or employee medical benefits / company.
Before your appointment:
- Please fasting at least 6 to 8 hours before your appointment. You can only consume plain water.
- Postpone taking your routine morning medications (except for high blood pressure medication) until after your blood test.
- Do not consume alcohol 48 hours before your check-up.
- Wear comfortable sports attire and sport shoes for the stress test and treadmill.
For ladies:
- If you’re undergoing mammogram, please avoid from applying deodorant, talcum powder, or perfume beneath your armpit or on your chest.
- Dress in loose-fitting, easily removed apparel, such as baggy t-shirts, tops with front buttons rather than back zippers, and scarfs that are easy to put on.
- Remove any jewelry, such as long necklaces and hanging earrings, before the test.
- For pap smear, please fix your appointment within 5 days AFTER the last day of menstrual cycle or 5 days BEFORE your menstrual cycle.
- Please reschedule your appointment if you are experiencing menstruation on the day of the test as this will affect the results of your pap and urine tests.
- Please let our staff know before the test if you are pregnant or suspect you might be.
