Echocardiogram Screening (Adult & Neonatal)

What to bring:

For registration, kindly bring your NRIC or passport.
Previous medical records, if any, particularly MRI, CT Scan or X-rays from your most recent check-up for comparison.
Bring along your medications (if applicable)
Your spectacles (glasses) for the vision test.
Guarantee letter (GL) for those covered by insurance or employee medical benefits / company.

Before your appointment:

Please fasting at least 6 to 8 hours before your appointment. You can only consume plain water.
Postpone taking your routine morning medications (except for high blood pressure medication) until after your blood test.
Do not consume alcohol 48 hours before your check-up.
Wear comfortable sports attire and sport shoes for the stress test and treadmill.

For ladies:

If you’re undergoing mammogram, please avoid from applying deodorant, talcum powder, or perfume beneath your armpit or on your chest.
Dress in loose-fitting, easily removed apparel, such as baggy t-shirts, tops with front buttons rather than back zippers, and scarfs that are easy to put on.
Remove any jewelry, such as long necklaces and hanging earrings, before the test.
For pap smear, please fix your appointment within 5 days AFTER the last day of menstrual cycle or 5 days BEFORE your menstrual cycle.
Please reschedule your appointment if you are experiencing menstruation on the day of the test as this will affect the results of your pap and urine tests.
Please let our staff know before the test if you are pregnant or suspect you might be.
